BrunchBooks is a new imprint launched in 2019 by BookBrunch, the leading online trade journal for the book publishing industry. Since 2008, the highly respected BookBrunch team have been reporting on industry news, moves and personalities. With a daily email covering the hot news of the day, plus in-depth interviews with the most senior people in the industry, BookBrunch provides its subscribers with expert coverage on the whole business of publishing.
Designed to offer a professional publishing home for an appealing array of books, BrunchBooks’ launch title will be A Taste of Eid: Recipes to share with friends and family edited by Amma Marsden, published in association with the London Book Fair and the Sharjah International Book Fair.
Publication date will be 10th March 2020, and the book will be launched at the London Book Fair in Olympia.
Illustrated throughout in full colour A Taste of Eid brings together a variety of more than 70 recipes that are traditionally enjoyed during the festivities including showstopping breakfast dishes to kick off celebrations, feasting food for a midday gathering, wholesome favourites for an evening with family and friends, delightful bite-sized treats and drinks and a selection of crowd-pleasing puddings and individual pastries to finish.

Over the past few years BookBrunch has been steadily expanding into new areas. In 2019, in association with IngramSpark and the London Book Fair, BookBrunch launched the Selfies Awards for the very best in self-publishing in the UK. In 2020, the first Selfies Awards will be run in the US, powered by Publishers Weekly and Booklife and in association with IngramSpark, Combined Book Exhibit, ALA and BookBrunch.
BookBrunch host quarterly Breakfast Briefings, invitation-only events where senior people in publishing meet for a private breakfast with key leaders and organizations from outside the industry to share knowledge.
Together with Publishers Weekly, BookBrunch publish Show Daily magazines at the London and Frankfurt Book Fairs in March and October each year, plus an annual supplement for the Sharjah International Book Fair in November.
